Warranty Conditions

SUEX products are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of purchase and subject to the warranty terms and conditions.

For eligible private-use DPVs, the warranty can be extended up to 5 years through the SUEX 5 For You warranty extension program, by completing the required scheduled maintenance at authorized SUEX service centers.

You can activate your warranty through your personal area on the SUEX website or by scanning the QR code attached to your purchased product. Once scanned, simply follow the instructions to register your product and activate the warranty.
